A married couple from Poland were looking to buy a property in Valencia as a long-term investment, driven by the need for financial stability and long-term security. They didn’t speak Spanish, had no local contacts, and limited time in the city.
Before their arrival, we shortlisted suitable properties and scheduled viewings. Over two days, they viewed 8 apartments. One property met all their criteria and we supported the offer and negotiation process.
The arras contract was signed during their stay in Valencia. The purchase was completed within two months. The property is now managed and rented through Homely.

A local owner was selling an inherited apartment in Arrancapins and wanted a fast, well-structured sale. The property required clear pricing, correct positioning, and a structured sales process to attract serious buyers.
We carried out a market-accurate valuation, positioned the property for the local market, managed marketing and viewings, negotiated offers, and coordinated the sale through to completion.
Sold within X months/weeks. The property was later refurbished by the buyer and converted into a high-end student rental, generating €2,000 per month.

Overseas owner | Relocation to Valéncia
A non-resident owner from Mexico purchased the apartment under Spain’s Golden Visa programme, as part of his long-term plan to retire in Spain.
We supported the property acquisition and then took over full property management, including tenant placement, maintenance coordination, and ongoing compliance and communication while the owner remained overseas.
The apartment is continuously rented and professionally managed until the owner’s relocation to Spain.
