In 2024, a non-resident owner from Mexico purchased an apartment under the Golden Visa scheme, as part of a long-term relocation plan to Spain. The property was acquired as both a residency-enabling investment and a stable income-generating asset, while remaining available for future personal use.
Living abroad created practical challenges. Without trusted local representation property management could quickly become challenging. The owner required structured local oversight and long-term asset protection.

Do I approve the tenant before the contract is signed?

Can you manage my property if I live abroad?

How is property management priced?
Our management fee is equivalent to one monthly rent + VAT. This covers tenant sourcing, screening, contract coordination, and ongoing management.
How do you handle additional tasks or non-standard requests?
Occasional tasks outside the standard management scope are charged at an hourly rate. We always confirm the scope and cost with you before proceeding.
